  1. We call him Huey for short. Cutest little bugger out there. His little cousin is Louis (pronounced “Lew-is”) which is almost like “Louie and Huey” one of his playmates is Dwight. He doesn’t go by Dewey though. We named him Hubert Alfred, which is a lot more formal than I intended. He goes to boarding school and they call him Hubert exclusively. Which makes me a little embarrassed I named him something so formal. We named his little brother Monty, We really thought about naming him, Montgomery Richard (_____) , But that was just too much. The grandparents said Monty was “Too informal,” For reference, they called my Husband, Michael Elliot Richard Anthony (Anthony not our last name.) My mother-in-law only calls him by his full name. I have always liked names like Harvey or Hayden. But I think the in-laws would strike.

    • I Did NOT Know until recently what the name “Hubert” meant and; consequently, always went by my middle name Peter and; also, since l worked and retired from the California state Government of the Department of Social Services for 34 years! In my mid-working years my state business cards posted the name H. Peter Wilson in lieu of just Pete or Peter Wilson which was indicated on my previous cards due to the State governor, at the time, was Pete Wilson and was inundated with calls for requests such as addressing graduating college commencement, newspaper inquiries, etc. But also receiving multiple calls from the same woman whom stated that l was late for her lunch due to her not only thinking And believing that l was the Pete Wilson at a television news room. Fortunately, my wife answered the fifth/final call by delecately putting her calls to rest! I hope / thought you might find this last tid bit of information somewhat comical. With Warm Regards, H. (Hubert) Peter Wilson.
