  1. i personally like the name Rhiannon and am glad my parents chose it for me I used to find it hard when it came to deciding what nickname I wanted but eventually I decided on Rhi!!

  2. Such a beautiful sounding name and looks so pretty when written out. Love that it’s not so unique that no one’s never heard of it but she most likely won’t be in school with another with the same name…. Hopefully ??

  3. My dad always wanted to name me RhiAnnon. So, as I do enjoy Fleetwood Mac, I chose it because my father liked it but also, I like it a lot. It also means great queen or goddess, and the goddess of the moon and fertility. ?

    • i actually think about the name Brianna a lot I’m writing a book on my highschool experience and my code name is Brianna

  4. I wanted a goddess name. Both her dad and i loved the name and the stories of Rhiannon and what she stood for. It was the only name we could agree on also. It was chosen before I was even pregnant.

  5. My daughter is Rhiannon Ivy. My mother is a big Stevie Nick’s fan so that how I came up with my daughter’s name. I love it is so unique! I hope she loves it as much when she is older.

  6. My parents blessed me with the name due to our Welsh heritage. Growing up, I absolutely loathed it as most people couldn’t spell or pronounce it. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to appreciate the uniqueness of it. I still have issues with people spelling it, or pronouncing it, but once I correct them, they’re pretty good about it.

    • people used to call me Rhianonononononon thanks to a joke a teacher made when he miss pronounced my name

  7. We got her name from the Fleetwood Mac song, Rhiannon.
I have a deep love for them, and Stevie Nicks!

  8. I am obsessed with Stevie Nicks.
I looked up the meaning behind her song Rhiannon and I loved it. I’ve had that name in mind for years for when I would finally have a baby girl!

  9. We chose this name because of its meaning (queen or great queen), it is a Welsh like our last name and we just really loved the name. Originally we had this picked for a middle name, but “Marie Rhiannon” didn’t didn’t sound as good as “Rhiannon Marie”. We love that is it rare and unique, but most people have never heard of the name so we usually have to say it a couple of times before we’re understood but that doesn’t really bother us. We love our Rhiannon.
