My name was Reuben but my Dad changed it to Mark when I was in class one, I didn’t know why , and someone told me the meaning of my name Dedicated so that was what I knew, someone met me just recently and asked me about my name and I told him and the meaning and he was smiling so I thought am wrong or something I came to do further research on my name and in fact what I saw I’ve realize the name is having a good impact on me

  3. Our firstborn son is named Luke and we loved to continue naming our children based on the books of the New Testament and felt like God called us to name our next son Mark. We already feel the name is so fitting and appropriate. He definitely looks like a Mark!

  5. Our Mark is a third, so we chose his name so he could carry on his grandpa and daddy’s names. I was nervous about the name because I have a one syllable name and don’t always like how short it is, but Mark fits our son perfectly, and when it seems too short I just add on his middle name, and I love using his whole name regularly!
