It isn’t a name, it’s what 10-year-old Fortnite kids yell at the person they lost to. Reply Gaylord Gaybriel May 7 at 10:21 am I loove being Gaylord. It’s my pride and joy. I’m very prideful about this. It’s a very colorful name. Reply Sistine Oct 19 at 5:00 pm Yes pride is the first thing that comes to my mind when I hear this name. I assure you that mean kids in the playground will have the same thought. They just won’t be very nice about it. Reply Gaylord Jul 31 at 6:35 pm It’s a family name my son is Gaylord out of respect to my father and those men that came before him. Although many people think I’m joking when I say my name. I go by our family middle name, John. My son also goes by John or more specifically Jack, diminutive of John. (Which is his formal middle name) We our proud carry this names history in our family. And I know ow my son knows how much meaning their is to this name, and he knows he must name his first born boy to carry our ancestors legacy. He his my child and child heir for the family, so it is really important to the whole family. My morther and family all call him Gaylord as I, so it can make for some awkward moments!
