One day he suggested Bridger and we both immediately knew that was the one. We got married in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, our honeymoon was at the Fort Bridger Rendezvous in Fort Bridger, WY and his guess date was Labor Day 2026 which is the weekend of the Fort Bridger Rendezvous (where we would be if it wasn’t for the possibility of giving birth). It was all so fitting, he was born on his guess date just making his name even more suitable for our first son. Reply greg Jun 13 at 2:18 pm I named my son Bridger when he was born in 1987. I named it after the mountain man Jim Bridger. We live in Idaho and hunt and fish. Additionally, our town is known for it’s high school wrestling and my son wrestled for 13 years starting when he was just a little kid (he placed in the state finals). My wife and I wanted a strong and more masculine name. Sine naming my son Bridger several other friends have since name their son the same.
